Description

The ULTRA 5 6.5 is TBAC’s smallest dedicated 6.5mm suppressor—built for hunters and long-range shooters who want the rifle to stay fast and balanced, but still want real suppression and consistent performance.

This is a direct-thread model with a heat-treated 17-4 thread insert and initial blast shield, designed to thread on tight and stay aligned. The ULTRA series is all-titanium with a 360° fully-welded baffle core, built to deliver high strength-to-weight and the kind of POI repeatability you can trust when you’re swapping between suppressed/unsuppressed or moving the can between rifles.

Baffle geometry is designed specifically around the 6.5mm class—optimized for .260 Rem / 6.5 Creedmoor and rated up to 6.5 SAUM (with minimum barrel length guidance). The 6.5 aperture gives you efficiency on 6.5mm and smaller calibers while keeping the package short enough to live on a field rifle full-time.

Like any lightweight titanium precision suppressor, heat management matters. Short barrels and rapid fire dump heat fast—TBAC’s guidance is to keep ULTRA series cans under 800°F.
