Wrenches and a spare battery—on the rifle, not in your memory.

The T.A.B. Gear Sling Thing threads onto your sling and carries the small stuff you always need at the wrong time: Allen/Torx wrenches for turret work and a spare illumination battery. It rides flat, stays out of the way, and locks down with Velcro until you need it.

Description

If you shoot a scoped rifle long enough, you’ve lived this: you need to zero turrets or tighten a fastener and the right wrench is nowhere to be found. Or you go to click on an illuminated reticle and the battery’s dead—then you’re digging through packs trying to remember where you put the spare.

The T.A.B. Gear Sling Thing is a purpose-built micro tool and battery carrier that stays mounted on your rifle sling so it’s always with the gun. Inside are two slot pockets with capacity for four Allen/Torx wrenches, plus a dedicated battery pocket for an illuminated-reticle spare. It closes with an adjustable Velcro flap that keeps everything secure while still allowing quick access when you’re on the line or in the field.

The back uses an elastic mounting strap so you can thread it onto the sling anywhere—set it where it won’t interfere with your support hand, cuff, or pack carry. Once positioned, it rides out of the way until you need it, then it’s right there—no rummaging, no guesswork, no wasted time.
