Manners Pro Hunter Composite Rifle Stock | Rem 700 | XM-Length

Description

The Manners Pro Hunter Composite Rifle Stock (MCS-PH) is engineered for one goal: deliver the strongest lightweight stock Manners can build in a 24–27 oz package—without turning it into a fragile “mountain-only” shell.

While the butt section keeps a traditional rounded feel, the Pro Hunter is a true hybrid design. It’s built for long-range hunting optics with a comfortable high cheek weld, and it runs steady off support thanks to a flat bottom that plants firmly in bags. Manners also adds a slight inward taper on the comb to improve comfort under recoil, especially with heavier cartridges, and dual ambidextrous thumb shelves that give you consistent hand placement whether you’re prone, on a pack, or driving a tripod.

Strength comes from how it’s built. Manners wraps the carbon shell around corners and into the tips for a true structured shell—not a cosmetic carbon skin that stops short where it counts. High-stress areas get a proprietary heavy fill, with lighter fill used elsewhere to keep weight down without sacrificing durability.

The Pro Hunter also solves a common weak point on lightweight stocks: bipod mounting. It includes integral multi-use bipod/tripod mounts, with the rear of the rail molded into the stock. It’s designed to handle recoil and the load you put into a bipod—whether you’re running a Harris or a Pic-rail mounted bipod—without flexing or tearing up the fore-end.

NOTE: This listing is the XM-Length action Pro Hunter (not XM Plus / not Medium Action).
