Full Curl

Description

The Full Curl is our dedicated custom rifle for sheep, goat, and hard-mile backcountry hunts where every ounce matters and every shot has to count. Built as a true lightweight hunting rifle, it is purpose-driven for steep country, thin air, rough footing, and real field positions where a rifle has to carry easy, settle fast, and perform without excuses.

Built for the High Country

At the center of the Full Curl is our SMR F-16A titanium action paired with our SMR Carbon Fiber Precision Rifle Barrel. That combination gives this ultra lightweight rifle the rigidity, consistency, and weather resistance serious mountain hunters need, while cutting every ounce that does not help you make the shot. We pair it with the Peak 44 Blacktooth stock and titanium hardware throughout, allowing builds as light as 5 lbs 6 oz.

This is not just a light rifle. It is a purpose-built mountain rifle designed to point naturally, track straight, and stay manageable in awkward shooting positions on cliffs, shale, snow, and talus. For hunters looking for a true sheep rifle, goat rifle, or lightweight custom rifle for demanding country, the Full Curl is built to go where heavier rifles become a liability.

Light Weight Without Giving Up Performance

The Full Curl was built for hunters who want the benefits of a lightweight rifle without accepting the usual compromises. It carries easy on long climbs, balances well in the hands, and stays composed behind the trigger when the shot is less than ideal. Whether you are hunting full-curl rams, billies, or any high-country tag that demands serious vertical gain and honest miles under a pack, this rifle is designed to help you move efficiently without giving up confidence when it is time to shoot.

Accuracy You Can Trust

Weight savings only matter if the rifle still performs when it counts. The Full Curl is built to deliver real-world precision, not just look good on a spec sheet. We stand behind it with a sub-1/2 MOA guarantee when you do your job. The result is a custom hunting rifle that is light enough for brutal climbs and steady enough to make a difficult opportunity count.

Our Load-Development Process

Every Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. custom rifle goes through our load-development process before it leaves the shop. We spend days on your actual rifle testing loads, seating depths, and components to find what that chamber, barrel, twist, and setup truly want to shoot. Then we provide that proven recipe for your rifle.

That means your Full Curl is not just assembled to spec. It is tested, validated, and tuned for real performance before it ever reaches your hands. You can take that recipe to your own loading bench, or we can do the heavy lifting and provide rifle-matched ammunition built to that proven standard.

Purpose-Built for Serious Mountain Hunters

If your priority is a custom rifle built for steep country, long climbs, and the kind of hunt where weight, reliability, and precision all matter at the same time, the Full Curl was built for exactly that job. It is a true lightweight hunting rifle for hunters who want to carry less, climb farther, and still have complete confidence when the moment comes.
