This program is not built around casual promotion. It is built around trusted relationships with people who use our rifles in the field, on the range, and with clients who depend on reliable equipment. Our partners help prove what we build by carrying Snowy Mountain Rifle Co rifles in real conditions, generating honest field content, and referring customers who value accuracy, craftsmanship, and ethical performance.
Approved partners may receive preferred rifle pricing, client incentives, referral opportunities, and support from our team. In return, we expect professional representation, responsible use of the Snowy Mountain Rifle Co name, and a clear commitment to promoting rifles that have been tested where they matter most.
Eligible Partners
The Outfitter & Field Partner Program is built for professionals who put rifles to work with real clients, students, and hunters. We are looking for partners who understand the difference between range talk and field performance — people who can represent Snowy Mountain Rifle Co with accuracy, discipline, and respect for the hunt.
Eligible applicants may include
- Guides and Outfitters working with clients in real hunting conditions.
- Shooting Schools and Firearms Instructors training students in marksmanship, rifle handling, long-range fundamentals, or field shooting.
- Hunting Ranches and Field Operations that provide guided or semi-guided hunting experiences.
- Hunting, Survival, or Other Related Training Programs with a legitimate client-facing operation.
- Field-Based Content Partners who actively use rifles in hunting, shooting, or educational settings.
- Other Professional Partners approved by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co on a case-by-case basis.
Each applicant is reviewed for field credibility, client-facing use, professionalism, brand alignment, and the ability to generate qualified referrals or useful field content.
This program is not intended for casual discount use, personal resale, or general promotional accounts. It is intended for partners who can put Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. rifles in front of serious hunters and shooters — and represent them with the same care we put into building them.

Partner Expectations
Approved Outfitter & Field Partner Program members are expected to represent Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. with the same professionalism, discipline, and respect we put into building our rifles.
This program is built on trust. Our partners work directly with hunters, students, clients, and shooters who rely on honest guidance and proven equipment. We expect every partner to communicate clearly, use program benefits responsibly, and represent our rifles accurately in the field, on the range, and online.
Program partners are expected to
- Represent Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. products honestly and professionally
- Communicate accurate product information, including rifle capabilities, availability, lead times, pricing, and program limitations
- Use partner links, discount codes, and program benefits only as approved
- Avoid unauthorized sharing, resale, misuse, or abuse of program pricing or referral tools
- Maintain ethical hunting, shooting, and client-service standards
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local firearms, hunting, and business regulations
- Provide field, range, client, or hunt content when available and appropriate
- Tag, credit, or reference Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. when our rifles or products are featured in approved public-facing content
- Notify Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. of any issue, misuse, misrepresentation, or customer concern connected to the program
Content collaboration is an important part of this program. When our rifles are used in the field, we ask partners to share usable photos, video, hunt details, range results, client success stories, or other relevant material when available.

Each application is reviewed by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. to determine program fit. If approved, applicants will receive a partnership contract outlining the full program details, partner benefits, usage requirements, and terms of participation.
Participation is not active until the required agreement has been reviewed, signed, and accepted by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Program Terms
Participation in the Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. Outfitter & Field Partner Program is subject to the terms and conditions below. Additional terms may be provided in the final partnership contract issued to approved applicants.
Application and Approval
Participation in the program is by application and approval only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Each application is reviewed by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. to determine program fit based on business type, field use, client interaction, professional reputation, brand alignment, and potential referral or content value.
Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
Partnership Contract Requirement
Approved applicants will be provided with a partnership contract outlining the full program details, benefits, requirements, limitations, and terms of participation. Program participation is not active until the required agreement has been reviewed, signed, and accepted by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Program Benefits
Approved partners may receive access to partner pricing, referral tools, customer-facing discount codes, store credit opportunities, commission eligibility, content collaboration opportunities, or other program benefits as determined by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. Specific benefits may vary by partner type, product category, purchase type, referral source, and current program terms.
Program benefits are not guaranteed and may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed at the discretion of Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Program benefits are intended only for approved partners. Benefits may not be transferred, shared, assigned, resold, or extended to unauthorized individuals, employees, customers, clients, or third parties unless expressly permitted in writing by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Partner Links and Discount Codes
Partner links, referral links, discount codes, and other program tools must be used responsibly and only in the manner approved by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. Partners may not misrepresent program benefits, advertise unauthorized discounts, imply guaranteed pricing, or use program tools in a way that creates confusion for customers.
Partners may not publish, distribute, or promote discount codes through unauthorized coupon websites, deal forums, rebate platforms, browser extensions, public discount aggregators, or similar third-party discount channels unless expressly approved in writing by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Paid Advertising Restrictions
Partners may not use affiliate links, referral links, discount codes, landing pages, or other program-related promotional tools in paid advertising or paid media without prior written approval from Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Paid search advertising
- Keyword bidding
- Paid social media advertising
- Boosted posts
- Display advertising
- Retargeting
- Sponsored placements
- Shopping ads
- Native advertising
- Marketplace ads
- Similar paid promotional activity
Partners may not run advertising that competes with Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. for branded traffic, branded search terms, branded product names, or customers actively seeking Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. products.
Partners may not bid on, purchase, or target search terms containing Snowy Mountain Rifle Co., common misspellings, product names, or closely related branded phrases unless expressly approved in writing.
Brand Representation
Partner advertising, promotion, or content may not imply that it is official Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. advertising unless approved by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. Partners may not present themselves as employees, agents, dealers, or official representatives of Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. unless that relationship has been separately authorized in writing.
Any use of the Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. name, logo, product images, rifle photography, marketing assets, discount codes, or other brand materials must be professional and consistent with company standards.
Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. reserves the right to request changes to or removal of any content, claim, listing, post, advertisement, or representation that does not meet those standards.
Product Claims and Customer Communication
Partners may not make unauthorized claims regarding rifle performance, availability, lead times, pricing, warranty coverage, product specifications, legal compliance, suppressor ownership, NFA transfer timelines, or any other product or service detail. All public-facing statements about Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. products must be accurate, responsible, and consistent with information provided by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Referral Tracking and Qualifying Purchases
Referral rewards, store credit, commissions, or other partner benefits apply only to qualifying purchases tracked through approved program methods.
Qualifying status is determined by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. and may depend on proper link or code use, order status, payment completion, product category, customer eligibility, and other program requirements.
Partner rewards are not earned until the qualifying order has been fully paid, processed, and accepted by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Excluded Purchases and Adjustments
Unless otherwise stated in the final partnership agreement, program rewards do not apply to:
- Taxes
- Shipping
- Transfer fees
- NFA fees
- Payment processing fees
- Financing fees
- Gift cards
- Canceled orders
- Refunded orders
- Returned products
- Chargebacks
- Unauthorized purchases
- Excluded products or services
Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, withheld, reversed, or removed if an order is canceled, refunded, disputed, returned, modified, or later determined to be ineligible.
Store Credit
Any store credit issued through the program is valid only according to the terms provided in the partnership agreement.
Store credit has no cash value, may not be transferred, and may not be redeemed outside approved Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. purchasing channels unless expressly authorized in writing.
Content Submission and Usage
Partners may submit field photos, range content, video, testimonials, hunt details, product-use stories, or other materials for potential marketing use. By submitting content, the partner confirms that they have the right to provide it and that any required permissions from clients, photographers, videographers, landowners, outfitters, guides, or other involved parties have been obtained.
Submitted content may be used by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. for marketing, advertising, website content, social media, email, print materials, dealer or partner promotion, and other brand communications, subject to the final partnership agreement.
Legal Compliance
Partners are responsible for following all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws related to firearms, hunting, guiding, instruction, advertising, business operations, and customer communications.
Nothing in this program authorizes a partner to sell, transfer, broker, or represent regulated products on behalf of Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. unless specifically authorized in a separate written agreement.
Independent Relationship
Program participation does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, dealership, franchise, sponsorship, or legal partnership between the participant and Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Approved partners are independent businesses or individuals responsible for their own operations, licensing, taxes, conduct, and legal compliance.
Program Misuse
Misuse of the program may result in suspension, removal, loss of benefits, cancellation of unpaid rewards, reversal of issued rewards, or other action determined appropriate by Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized code sharing
- False referrals
- Self-dealing
- Resale abuse
- Unauthorized paid advertising
- Branded keyword bidding
- Inaccurate product claims
- Misleading advertising
- Brand misrepresentation
- Fraudulent activity
- Conduct that reflects poorly on Snowy Mountain Rifle Co.
Program Changes and Termination
Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, modify, or terminate program participation at any time.
Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. may also modify program benefits, eligibility requirements, reward structures, product exclusions, application requirements, or program terms at its discretion.
Governing Agreement
Final eligibility, benefits, reward calculations, content rights, restrictions, and participation requirements are governed by the signed partnership agreement provided to approved applicants.
