America turns 250 this year. We are marking the occasion by clearing room in the shop and putting aggressive pricing on barrels, optics, components, training, and other in-stock gear.
The Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. America’s 250th Blowout Sale runs through July 12, 2026.
For the duration of the sale, all orders over $1,000 ship free. Heavy Palma, M24, and MTU stainless steel barrel blanks remain marked down to $199, and qualifying B.E.A.R. stainless steel pre-fit barrels remain marked down to $399.
We are also adding SMR carbon-fiber barrels to the sale. All SMR carbon-fiber barrel blanks are $769, and all qualifying SMR carbon-fiber pre-fit barrels are $979. Select caliber and finished-length combinations qualify for even deeper pricing at $818.
Proof Research carbon-fiber barrels, select Zeiss and Vortex optics, and a wide range of other in-stock products are also marked down. Shooters looking to sharpen their skills can also save up to $500 on select Long-Range Academy courses.
Some of these products are stocked deep. Others are clearance items with only one or two remaining. The sale ends July 12, but individual configurations and available Academy seats may sell out before then.

This is not limited to a single product category. Build a complete rifle order, pair a barrel with an action, add an optic, or combine the components and equipment you need into one shipment.

$199 Stainless Steel Rifle Barrel Blanks
Our stainless steel barrel sale is still running. Qualifying Heavy Palma, M24, and MTU stainless steel rifle barrel blanks are $199 while supplies last.
These are not seconds, cosmetic rejects, or reduced-specification barrels manufactured for a promotion. They are Snowy Mountain Rifle Co. match-grade stainless steel barrel blanks pulled from our regular inventory.
Each stainless steel barrel blank is:
- Manufactured from premium 416R stainless steel
- Five-groove, 5R button rifled
- Hand-lapped twice for a consistent internal finish
- Double stress relieved to reduce residual material stress
- Cryogenically treated for dimensional stability
- Inspected for the consistency required in a precision rifle barrel
The $199 pricing applies only to qualifying Heavy Palma, M24, and MTU contours. Straight-contour stainless steel blanks are not included.
Available caliber families, twist rates, groove configurations, shank diameters, and blank lengths depend on remaining inventory.
SHOP $199 STAINLESS STEEL BARREL BLANKS
Heavy Palma, M24, and MTU Barrel Contours
The qualifying contours are built for rifles where rigidity, heat capacity, and consistent performance matter more than keeping every possible ounce out of the finished build.
Heavy Palma provides a practical balance of stiffness, barrel mass, and manageable overall weight. It is a strong option for long-range rifles, competition builds, varmint rifles, and heavier hunting rifles.
M24 carries additional steel for increased rigidity and heat management during longer firing strings. It is well suited to training rifles, tactical-style precision rifles, and dedicated range builds.
MTU provides maximum barrel mass and stability. It is intended for competition rifles, prone rifles, bench rifles, and other heavy precision builds where consistency matters more than pack weight.
$399 B.E.A.R. Stainless Steel Pre-Fit Barrels
Qualifying Heavy Palma, M24, and MTU B.E.A.R. stainless steel pre-fit rifle barrels are $399 while supplies last.
We take the same match-grade stainless steel barrels and complete the chambering, threading, crowning, and headspacing for compatible actions here in Hamilton, Montana.
Each pre-fit goes through our B.E.A.R. inspection process to verify alignment and consistency before it leaves our shop.
Available configurations may include multiple:
- Action manufacturers and action models
- Chamberings
- Twist rates
- Barrel contours
- Finished lengths
- Muzzle-thread options
Current options are shown directly on the product page. Some action, chambering, twist-rate, and contour combinations will sell through faster than others.
Always confirm that the selected pre-fit is compatible with your exact action and intended cartridge. Proper installation and headspace should be verified before the rifle is fired.
SHOP $399 STAINLESS STEEL PRE-FIT BARRELS
SMR Carbon-Fiber Barrel Blanks for $769
All qualifying SMR carbon-fiber barrel blanks are marked down to $769 during the sale—a $30 reduction from their regular $799 price.
Carbon-fiber barrels are built for rifles that need dependable precision and barrel rigidity without the weight of a comparable heavy steel contour.
That balance makes them well suited to working hunting rifles. They reduce front-end weight while maintaining the stability needed for confident shooting from field positions.
Available caliber families, twist rates, lengths, and configurations depend on current inventory.
SHOP $769 SMR CARBON-FIBER BARREL BLANKS
All SMR Carbon-Fiber Pre-Fit Barrels for $979
During the America’s 250th Blowout Sale, all qualifying SMR carbon-fiber pre-fit barrels are marked down to $979.
Each pre-fit is threaded, chambered, crowned, headspaced, and inspected for the compatible action selected with the order. All machining is completed here in Hamilton, Montana.
Available options include our standard listed:
- Action manufacturers and models
- Chamberings
- Caliber families
- Twist rates
- Finished barrel lengths
- Muzzle-thread configurations
The $979 sale price applies to qualifying SMR carbon-fiber pre-fit configurations that do not fall under the deeper $818 promotional pricing listed below.
Available configurations remain subject to current barrel inventory and the action, chambering, twist-rate, and finished-length combinations shown on the product page.
SHOP $979 SMR CARBON-FIBER PRE-FITS
Select SMR Carbon-Fiber Pre-Fits for $818
While all qualifying SMR carbon-fiber pre-fits are discounted to $979, select caliber and finished-length combinations qualify for even deeper sale pricing.
For these qualifying configurations, we will turn the $769 SMR carbon-fiber barrel blank into a complete B.E.A.R. pre-fit for only $49 more.
That brings the total price of a qualifying SMR carbon-fiber pre-fit barrel to $818.
The $818 offer applies to any standard chambering currently listed for the following caliber and finished-length combinations:
- .308 caliber: 24- and 26-inch finished lengths
- .284 caliber: 24-inch finished length
- .264 caliber: 24-inch finished length
- .257 caliber: 18-, 20-, 22-, and 24-inch finished lengths
The $818 price includes the qualifying carbon-fiber barrel and our standard pre-fit machining. We thread, chamber, crown, headspace, and inspect the barrel for the compatible action selected with the order.
This deeper promotional price applies only to standard-listed chamberings built on the qualifying caliber and finished-length combinations above. All other qualifying SMR carbon-fiber pre-fits are available for $979 during the sale.
Action compatibility, twist-rate availability, muzzle threads, and other selections remain subject to the options shown on the product page.
Available configurations are limited. Once a qualifying caliber, twist rate, or length sells out, it may not return before the sale ends.
